The A2212 13T 1000KV Brushless Motor is a compact, lightweight, and efficient BLDC outrunner motor designed for drones, quadcopters, multirotors, RC airplanes, and UAV projects. Featuring a 1000KV speed rating, this motor offers smooth throttle response, good torque characteristics, and reliable performance for DIY drone and aeromodelling applications.

The motor features a durable metal housing, 3.17mm shaft, and pre-soldered connectors for convenient installation. It supports 2S–3S LiPo batteries and is recommended for use with a 30A Brushless ESC. Supplied with an X-type mounting bracket, propeller adapter, and mounting screws, it is suitable for medium-sized quadcopters, RC airplanes, and other aerial propulsion projects.

Working Principle

The A2212 1000KV BLDC Motor operates using a three-phase brushless motor system. An Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) supplies controlled electrical signals to the motor windings, generating a rotating magnetic field that drives the outer rotor.

The 1000KV rating indicates approximately 1000 RPM per volt under no-load conditions. With an 11.1V (3S LiPo) battery, the theoretical no-load speed is approximately 11,100 RPM. Actual operating speed depends on battery voltage, propeller loading, and ESC settings.
