Hence, as the load on switches increases, more and more number of switches gets pressed. By reading the number of switches pressed, the microcontroller can determine the traffic load. There are lights of two colors red and green on each side of the traffic. These are controlled by relay. To drive the relays, relay driver is there. Led indicators are there to shown the current status.
