The circuit presented here determines to which of the four contestants first pressed the button and locks out the remaining three entries. Simultaneously, an audio alarm and the correct decimal number display of the corresponding contestant are activated.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003eThis \u003cstrong\u003eFastest Finger First Kit\u003c\/strong\u003e can be used for a quiz with up to 3 contestants (or teams). Each contestant has a trigger push switch and LED. When a trigger switch is pressed it lights the corresponding LED, sounds the bleeper, and prevents the other trigger switches from working - therefore showing which contestant was the first to press their switch.
