In the kit wireless industrial automation we can use one or more touch screen to control basic industrial functions and features automatically and sometimes remotely. An automated industry is sometimes called a smart Industry .Industrial automation can include the scheduling and automatic operation of water sprinkling, heating and air conditioning, window coverings, security systems, lighting, and food preparation appliances. Industrial automation may also allow vital Industry functions to be controlled remotely from anywhere in the world using a computer connected to the Internet.
Besides the functions already mentioned, remote control can be extended to telephones and answering machines, fax machines, amateur radios and other communications equipment, and industry robot s such as automatic vacuum cleaners. Through this kit we presented a prototype of Industrial Automation. In this prototype we are controlling the system with the help of touch screen. As we press the button on touch screen it generates signals and sends them to the microcontroller and sends it to input section of RF transmitter where it is encoded and transmitted with help of antenna.
Now the sent signal will be received by the receiver section and decoded with the help of decoder. Later on, this decoded signal will be send to the relay driver and the execution takes place. And on the basis of the output generated by the microcontroller the relay which is connected to the particular appliance either get energize or de-energize. This leads to the switching. This project is also introducing the use of embedded technology and its importance in electronics.
