LM2596 HV DC-DC Buck Converter is made of high-quality material. This kit is more stable. It is LM2596 HV DC-DC Buck Converter with voltage rating 4.5-40V to 3-35V. This step-down power module is adjustable with a potentiometer.This Electronic Voltage Converter output of 1.25V to 30V DC voltage is continuously adjustable, high efficiency, and maximum 3A output current. Its Input voltage range is DC 3.2V to 35V (the input voltage must be higher than the output voltage of 1.5V or more cannot be increased).

Used it to step down 5v to 3.7v. Works great
I used one of these converters with output adjusted to 2.5vdc. It powers a triple exhaust fan for my car from 12vdc. It's so small it fits into the battery cavity replacing 2 AA batteries. Love it.
I used this to knock 24vdc down to 5vdc for a Raspberry Pi. It was easy and straight forward.
Bought it to wire 12v fan on my 24v 3d printer.Holes big enough for easy wire soldering, adjustment screw is solid, set it up for 12v using multimeter and it works flawlessly so far.Still have a second one unpacked for future projects.

Inexpensive for what it is. Easy to adjust and put into service.
Simply solder in the line side, adjust the voltage on the output side, then solder on your output wires. Too easy!
These are working great for my projects. Easy enough to hook up. They are a little bulky. But if space is non issue I can't fault the unit.
It worked first time but when i charged second time It stopped working
