XB5306A Voltage Regulator IC – 3.3V Low Dropout Regulator (SOT-23-6)

The XB5306A is a high-efficiency, fixed-output low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator IC that delivers a stable 3.3V output with up to 600mA output current. It comes in a compact SOT-23-6 surface-mount package, making it ideal for space-sensitive and low-power designs.

With excellent load/line regulation, low dropout voltage, and ultra-low quiescent current, it is perfectly suited for battery-operated systems, microcontrollers, RF modules, and other precision electronics. The IC features thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection for added safety.

Note: Use 1µF ceramic capacitors on input and output pins for optimal performance.
