Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized goods such as on demand kits and projects, on demand components, STEM Readymade kits or toys, any other product specifically procured on special request from customers cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Products with obvious signs of use.
  • Kits or physical products that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1B, 2B, 3B, 3rd Floor Gopal Tower, Kamta, Shankar Puri, LUCKNOW, UP, 226010, India.

In case you receive a defective or wrong item, return shipping will be borne by KitsGuru. KitsGuru will arrange the return shipping and our shipping partner will pick the item from your doorstep.

In case you want to return or exchange a product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Normally in 5-7 Business days).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@KitsGuru.com.

Exchanges and Cancellation

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@KitsGuru.com and send your item to: 1B, 2B, 3B, 3rd Floor Gopal Tower, Kamta, Shankar Puri, LUCKNOW, UP, 226010, India.

Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer. (It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded)

Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. LabsGuru Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

Replacements

While we do our best to make sure that all the products that we sell to our customers go through a rigorous quality check before delivery, some of them are sealed to ensure the safety of the product. As a result, verifying the quality status of these products is not possible for us. For defective products we will provide replacement and return shipping will be arranged by us.

Products returned will go through our quality check department and refunds for damage during the usage, accidental damage by customer or intentional damage to products will be rejected.

In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc, we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) . Our team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue details to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer, shipping cost will be prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.
Need to cancel your order? Create a ticket on our helpdesk with reason of cancellation and customer Service will get back to you by email within 24hrs regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once they are sent to production. In some cases order cancellation may attract 2% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer. You return request may get rejected if you have void the warranty. Warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Also we don't accept returns if the products are custom products.

Yes you can replace your order in case of manufacturing defects.
The refund process usually takes 5 to 7 business days once it has been initiated.
Once our technical team confirms the fault we will contact you to provide bank details then you will receive the payment within 5 – 7 business days.
Yes, if the product is faulty and has manufacturing defects your will get the replacement.
