We use FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, EKart and XpressBees etc, to ship our products to your destination. We choose the courier partner based on their availability at the time of checkout
  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within 2 business days. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours (except readymade models and Kits).
  • We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
  • Orders placed before 1.00 PM (Except For DIY Kits/Projects) will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 3-7 working days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
  • It is advisable to send your order well in advance rather than placing it at the last minute.
  • To ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner and in good shape, we only work with reputable courier services.

We are trying to offer COD option to as many location as possible. However not all the PIN codes are served by our courier partners.

  • Orders returned by Customers - You will receive your refund within 7 working days after we receive the returned products.
  • Cancellation of Orders - You will receive your refund within 3 working days
Need to cancel your order? Create a ticket on our helpdesk with reason of cancellation and customer Service will get back to you by email within 48hrs regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once they are sent to production. In some cases order cancellation may attract 2% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer. (It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded). Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.
You can change your order before shipping by cancelling your order and creating a new one or by raising ticket on our helpdesk
Please note that your order may not be delivered due to the following reason.
  • Shipping Address is wrong.
  • No one available to receive the item at the shipping address during the time of delivery
  • No one receiving the call from delivery boy.
  • Order was denied to be received at the shipping address.
  • As first step, please immediately reach the courier company and reschedule the delivery. If you are unable to find resolution please raise a ticket on our helpdesk with all the details. We will help you find a resolution in 48hrs. In case courier is returned to us full refund will be provided by us.
To return items create a ticket on our helpdeskor email us on sales@kitsguru.com. Our team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue details to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer, shipping cost will be prepaid by us.
You return request may get rejected if you have void the warranty. Warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Also we don't accept returns if the products are custom products.

Yes you can replace your order in case of manufacturing defects.
