Although the sensing distance may slightly vary depending on the material type and geometry, it remains dependable for most automation tasks. Additionally, it can detect thin, non-metallic surfaces in front of metallic backgrounds, improving its versatility. Equipped with a red LED indicator, the sensor increases brightness when detection occurs, offering a clear visual status during operation.
