Intelligent Water Pump Controller with water level display

Description

Intelligent Water Pump Controller is a simple circuit to control the water pumps. When the water level in the overhead tank exceeds the required level, the pump automatically turns off and stops the pumping process thus preventing the overflow of water. It uses a relay to cut off the power supply to the water pump. In many homes and other public places, groundwater is used, which is pumped up to overhead tanks using water pumps that are controlled by electric motors. 

This water-level indicator uses a 7-segment display, instead of LEDs, to indicate the water level (E, L, H, and F) in the tank. Moreover. The circuit shows the water level by displaying E, L, H, and F for End, low, half, and full, respectively. The circuit uses four sensors to sense the different water levels in the tank. When water starts overflowing the tank, the water pump will be turning off automatically. The led sounds indicate that water is overflowing the tank and automatic switch off the motor pump.
