Biometric Finger print identification based locker security system
In the kit biometric fingerprint identification, the fingerprint scanner is there to scan the fingerprint and store the database inside it. The microcontroller can ask it anytime to check the validity of the preset finger placed on it. If the user is valid then only the microcontroller opens and closes the locker. The locker is controlled with the help of a relay driver which drives a solenoid.
The Biometric Fingerprint Identification kit can be powered up with 12V 1A ac or dc power supply. The rectifying and filtering circuit is embedded in the system. The communication link between the fingerprint scanner and the microcontroller is the UART communication. The system can be further upgraded and hence can be connected with the system where there can be a large database. The computers can be connected with the system in the future to increase the number of users.

This biometric fingerprint identification is designed to make the lockers more secure, reliable, and fault-free. At the time of registration for the system, the valid users need to register themselves with their user fingerprint. Hence, the database will be created for valid users only. If some user wants to open the locker, he will have to scan his fingerprint and if the authentication is done, the locker will be opened.
