Bluetooth Based Smart House
This Bluetooth Based Smart House Kit is based on the concept of DTMF (dual-tone multi-frequency) technology. Every numeric button on the keypad of a mobile phone generates a unique frequency when pressed. These frequencies are decoded by the DTMF decoder IC at the receiving end which is fed to the microcontroller. If these decoded values (password entered by the user) matches with the password stored in the microcontroller, then the microcontroller initiates a mechanism to open the door through a motor driver (L293D IC) interface.
In the kit Bluetooth-based home automation all these interfacings are wireless. Any command from the computer will be given to Bluetooth and this data will go to the microcontroller depending upon the wireless Bluetooth communication protocol. The microcontroller reads the command and performs the corresponding operation. In device interfacing, we have used the Relay to control the devices and ULN2803 to interface the relay with the microcontroller.

Description
The main objective of a keyless mobile controlled locks system is to unlock a garage door (different type’s door) by a mobile phone using a unique password entered through the keypad of the phone. Opening and closing garage doors involves human labor. In this password system, the opening and closing of a garage door are achieved by using a mobile phone. The owner can call a mobile phone interface to the system which in turn is connected to the garage door that can open/close the door by entering the password. This Bluetooth Based Smart House Kit is based on the concept of DTMF (dual-tone multi-frequency) technology. Every numeric button on the keypad of a mobile phone generates a unique frequency when pressed.
