EL817C / PC817 / FL817 Series Optocoupler ICs – DIP-4 Package

The EL817C / PC817 / FL817 series comprises popular, single-channel optocoupler ICs designed for signal isolation between low-voltage logic and high-voltage circuits. Each IC contains a high-efficiency infrared LED optically coupled to a silicon NPN phototransistor, encapsulated in a compact DIP-4 through-hole package.

These optoisolators are widely used in microcontroller input/output isolation, SMPS feedback circuits, and industrial switching applications. With excellent current transfer ratio (CTR) options and high isolation voltage, they provide robust performance and electrical safety.
