File management system, for easy finding of files from the rack of files.

Description

File management system becomes extremely difficult to find some specific book or files from a rack of files or books. Here have divided the arrangement into a number of racks, and each rack will have some specified books only. Each rack has a lighting system connected with the computer in such a way that, if the user clicks on any book the light corresponding to that rack will glow. In this way, any book can be found easily. The same procedure can be followed to submit the book also. In this way the management of the books, files becomes very easy.

In this kit file management system we will be using 8051 based Microcontroller and dock light software on PC. The user with the help of a PC can control the lights i.e. Turn ON/OFF the lights with the help of visual basic-based software. A very simple serial interfacing will be provided using which on a single click the user can control devices. On clicking the software sends data serially to our microcontroller via the serial port. The controller receives the data & decodes it and accordingly Turns ON/OFF the relays connected to it.
