The MiCS-5524 Gas Sensor Module is a robust MEMS-based gas detection sensor designed for detecting carbon monoxide (CO) and various combustible gases. It is suitable for indoor air quality monitoring, natural gas leakage detection, breath analysis, and early fire detection.This sensor is sensitive to multiple gases including CO, ammonia, ethanol, hydrogen, methane, propane, and iso-butane. However, it cannot distinguish between individual gases and provides a combined response based on detected gas concentration. The analog output voltage increases proportionally with gas concentration.
