Fingerprint based Authentication System for Examination Kit
In the kit authentication system for examination, the fingerprint scanner is there to scan the fingerprint and store the database inside it. The microcontroller can ask it anytime to check the validity of the preset finger placed on it. If the user is valid then only the microcontroller opens and closes the gate.
This authentication system for the examination gate kit is controlled with the help of a dc motor driver which driver the motorized gate. The system can be powered up with 12V 1A ac or dc power supply. The rectifying and filtering circuit is embedded in the system. The communication link between the fingerprint scanner and the microcontroller is the UART communication. The system can be further upgraded and hence can be connected with the system where there can be a large database. The computers can be connected with the system in the future to increase the number of users.

This authentication system for examination is designed to make the examination system secure and fault-free. At the time of registration for examinations, the candidates need to register themselves with their user fingerprints. Hence, the database will be created for valid candidates only. At the time of examination, the candidates are required to verify themselves with their fingerprint, if the verification is done, then only the gate for entry will open.
