4 Channel Wireless RF Remote Control with Receiver (315MHz, Non-Locking)
The 4 Channel Wireless Four Button RF Remote Control Transmitter & Receiver Module is a reliable and easy-to-use solution for wireless control applications. It consists of a fixed-code RF transmitter and a 4-channel receiver board, allowing users to build custom wireless remote-control circuits with minimal effort.Widely used by electronics hobbyists, students, colleges, and industrial designers, this module works as an excellent single-chip signal input source for microcontroller-based projects, remote switching, and automation systems.
How It Works
- When a button is pressed, the transmitter powers up and sends data packets at 315MHz, containing its unique ID and button data.
- Each transmitter has a factory-programmed unique ID that cannot be changed.
- The receiver responds only to stored transmitter IDs, enabling secure operation.
- The RF section uses a SAW-based 315MHz ASK transmitter, compatible with standard ASK RF receivers and decoder circuits.
Button & Output Mapping
- Button 1 → Output D0
- Button 2 → Output D1
- Button 3 → Output D2
- Button 4 → Output D3
- When a button is pressed, the corresponding output goes HIGH
Operating Modes
- Non-Locking Mode (Default): Output remains HIGH only while the button is pressed and returns LOW when released. Ideal for door locks, relays, and MCU triggers.
- Self-Locking Mode (Optional): Each press toggles the output ON/OFF. Useful for lights or motors.
- Interlocking Mode (Optional): Only one output can be active at a time; activating one disables others. Suitable for fan speed selectors or multi-state control.
Caution
- Do not touch or bend the onboard copper coil (inductor) on the receiver.
- Physical movement of the coil can alter inductance and cause improper operation.
