The 74HC125D is a quad buffer/line driver with 3 state outputs controlled by output-enabled inputs in 14 pin SOIC package. A HIGH on output enables inputs to cause outputs to assume a high impedance OFF state. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current-limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC.Technical Details
