Bicycle Cutting Machine

The Bicycle Cutting Machine is a manually operated cutting setup where pedaling action is used to rotate a cutting disc. The operator sits on the bicycle seat and pedals, which turns the crank mechanism. This motion is transferred to the cutting wheel through a chain and sprocket system. As the wheel rotates, it provides the required speed and torque for cutting lightweight materials.

A support frame and clamping arrangement are provided to hold the workpiece properly while cutting. The structure is made using steel sections to give strength and reduce vibration during operation. Since the machine runs without electricity, it is useful in areas where power supply is limited or when low-cost cutting work is needed.
