Conveyor Belt

This working model of a conveyor belt is a simple and useful way to show how a moving belt system moves things from one place to another. Real conveyors used in factories and warehouses have a strong metal frame and rollers and a belt that keep things moving all the time. One roller is powered by a motor, which pulls the belt forward and carries things that are on top of it.

The model shows students how to understand the basic idea behind transferring mechanical motion: how rotary motion from a motor turns into linear movement of the belt. It also shows how important speed control, tension, alignment, and friction are for smooth operation. The strong frame keeps the belt in place, and the rollers support the belt and make it easier to move.

NOTE : The picture is only meant to show what it looks like. The final product's size may be slightly different. The color of the input materials may also change depending on what is available, but the variation does not affect how the product works. The final product won't look as appealing as the picture since it's just for the student project.
