Pneumatic Crusher

Description

The crushing process is a main part of the Wastage Collecting industry. Crushers may be used to reduce the size or change the form, of waste materials so they can be more easily disposed of or recycled.

The main purpose of the project is to get knowledge of design and fabrication. In order to reduce the waste, we planned to create a crushing machine that will reduce the volume of waste materials. The primary usage of this machine is to save space and for recycling. It can be placed anywhere in parks, restaurants, canteens, etc.

Commercial establishments like cafeterias and bars, have to deal with leftover wastes on a daily basis. Storage is often a problem and consumes a lot of space, thereby increasing the total volume of trash. The transportation cost is also high for moving such a huge number. Thus this machine will help to recycle and maintain an eco-friendly environment also.

Any automatic machine aimed at the economical use of man, machine, and material is worth the most. In our project, Pneumatic Actuator and Control Valve unit is used for automation.

The Pneumatic Crusher machine works with the help of a pneumatic double acting cylinder. The piston is connected to the moving and Pressing Die Arrangement. It is used to press the wastage cans, bottles, stones etc.
