Renewable Energy Generator- Wind Turbine

This project shows how to use a few simple mechanical and electrical parts to turn wind energy into usable electrical energy. The model has a strong metal frame and a wind turbine with a horizontal axis. It also has red plastic gears, a small generator motor, and lights that show how much power it is making.

The turbine blades spin because of the wind or air flow. This motion is sent through the gear system, which makes the generator spin faster. The generator turns this motion into electricity, which lights up the LEDs. This is a clear example of how renewable energy works.

NOTE: The picture is only meant to show what it looks like. The final product's size may be a little different. The color of the input materials may also change depending on what is available, but this does not affect how the product works. The final product won't look as good as it does in the picture because it's just for the student's project.
