Bistable multibivrator using Transistor
Here we have realized the device uses two transistors Q1 and Q2. Let us suppose that, initially both the transistors are off. As we turn on the power supply, the power goes to both the transistors. Let us suppose Q1 gets turned on, clearly, the voltage V4 will go low, and Q2 will remain turned off. and V3 will remain high hence LED D2 will keep glowing. Now if we turn off Q1 forcefully by connecting its base to the ground, the v4 will go high Q2 will turn on, and so on. Hence we can see that any output v3 or v4 can be made to go stable in any one state either high or low.

Description
The Bistable Multivibrator is another type of two-state device similar to the Monostable Multivibrator, but the difference this time is that BOTH states are stable. Bistable Multivibrators have TWO stable states (hence the name: “Bi” meaning two) and maintain a given output state indefinitely unless an external trigger is applied to force it to change state.
