Description

Transient Response of a Capacitor is more durable. Whenever we apply a DC voltage to the capacitor, it gets charged. Generally, we know that in steady-state, the capacitor doesn’t allow the DC current, but during the transient time (during which the capacitor keeps on charging) current flows are not constant but vary with time.

We can realize the transient response very easily from this circuit. In this circuit, as we turn on the power, the LED gets turned on during the transient time. We can analyze delivery easily. As the capacitor gets fully charged, the LED stops glowing. We can observe it many times by discharging and charging the capacitor.
