Anti Collision Real Light
In the Kit Anti Collision Real Light the IR transmitter-receiver pair detects the presence and absence of obstacle and generates an analog voltage. This analog variation is converted into digital form using a dual op-amp IC LM358. The op-amp is used as a comparator in the inverting mode to do so. In this operation, we set a reference voltage with the preset. If the analog voltage from the sensor is less than Vref then the output is logically high on pin 7 of LM358 IC else it is low.
The analog input is connected to pin 6 of LM358 IC. The output from the LM358 drives the ULN2803 IC. It is an inverted IC means when input is low output is high and vice versa. This IC drives the relay to activate the Real Light which is a DC bulb.

Description
Anti Collision Real Light is a great way to avoid accidents. We have made such a science experiment kit, through which we want to show that 2 vehicles should not collide with each other. In this, we have used an infrared pair (Receiver & Transmitter) that will detect the object. This infrared pair has a particular range, if any vehicle or any object comes in that range, then this sensor will detect it, and accordingly turn on a DC bulb, this DC bulb will be turned on by a relay driver IC ULN2803. In this, we also learn how to do soldering and testing of PCB and how to operate this Real Light Vehicle Kit with a power supply. In the Kit Anti Collision Real Light the IR transmitter-receiver pair detects the presence and absence of obstacle and generates an analog voltage.
