In this Model Railway Signal Project Kit when the train passes through the first switch which is connected to a fixed distance from the railway signal gate means the first switch is pressed momentary then red led on and the dc bulb is OFF while when the train crosses the second switch, the signal is green and dc bulb is ON. The Electronic Model Railway Signal Project first switch changes the signal to red as the train passes, then further along the track a second switch changes the signal back to green ready for the next train.

Description
The Model Railway Signal Project is a system used to control railway traffic safely, essentially to prevent trains from colliding. The isolated section of the track just in front of the signal is switched off by the relay when the signal is red so a train will stop automatically at the red signal.
