Sound Effect Generator

Description

This Sound Effect Generator is a very useful kit. Kids can use it as a toy. In this, we have used some components like a capacitor, rectifier, 7805 IC, and music generator IC UM3651. In this project, we will also learn how to do soldering and testing of the kit.

The motive of this science experiment kit is to learn how to make a simple sound effect generator using UM3561 IC. The IC UM3561 will generate four kinds of sound effects. We can hear many sirens, Ambulance sirens, Police car sirens, Fire Engine Siren and, space machine Gun Sound effects.

This Sound Effect Generator Kits used a 4 way DIP switch; through this DIP switch, we will enable the switches one by one, and different enable switches will generate the different tones. Each switch position will generate the following sound effect.

• Position 1 –> Police Siren
• Position 2 –> Fire Engine Siren
• Position 3 –> Ambulance Siren
• Position 4 –> Machine Gun
