TFMini-S LiDAR Distance Sensor – Compact Obstacle Detection Solution

If you want to detect obstacles but don’t know where to begin, a LiDAR sensor is your best choice. LiDAR is widely used in fields such as surveying, geography, archaeology, geomorphology, forestry, atmospheric physics, and even laser altimetry. It helps create high-resolution maps and perform precision measurements.

The TFMini-S is an upgraded version of the classic TFmini single-point LiDAR. It reduces the blind zone from 30cm to 10cm and improves outdoor performance and accuracy across different reflectivity levels. Its distance measurements are stable and unaffected by ambient light. With support for UART and I2C interfaces, it ensures reliable, high-frequency detection across a variety of smart sensing application.
