CJ78L10 Voltage Regulator IC – 10V 3-Terminal LDO Regulator

The CJ78L10 is a compact 3-terminal low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator IC designed to provide a stable 10V output for low-current electronic applications. Capable of delivering up to 100mA of current, it is ideal for powering logic circuits, analog components, and embedded systems.

It includes built-in thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection for safe and reliable operation. Available in both TO-92 and SOT-89 packages, it supports both through-hole and surface-mount designs.

Note: For best performance, use a 0.33µF input capacitor and a 0.1µF output capacitor.
