CJ78L12 Voltage Regulator IC – 12V 3-Terminal LDO Regulator

The CJ78L12 is a compact 3-terminal low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator IC designed to deliver a consistent 12V output for low-current electronic circuits. It supports up to 100mA output current, making it ideal for use in logic circuits, analog modules, and embedded control systems.

With built-in thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection, it ensures safe and stable operation under varying load conditions. Available in TO-92 and SOT-89 packages, it is suitable for both through-hole and surface-mount assembly.

Note: For improved stability, use a 0.33µF input capacitor and a 0.1µF output capacitor.
