The XL6009 Step Up Down module is one of the widely used modules, where there is the requirement of having a specific fixed output voltage, even when the input voltage is below or above the required output voltage.

This is an automatic Buck- Boost Converter. As a result, the output voltage of the module can be fixed at a specific voltage, and the input can be higher or lower than the output voltage. The onboard variable resistor is used to change the output voltage.
