The mlx90614 temperature sensor is a high-precision infrared thermometer designed for accurate, non-contact temperature measurement in automation and embedded systems. Thanks to its internal 17-bit ADC and powerful DSP, the mlx90614 temperature sensor delivers excellent resolution and stability for applications such as body temperature monitoring, motion detection, and thermal analysis. This module is widely used with mlx90614 arduino projects and also integrates smoothly with mlx90614 raspberry pi platforms via its I2C interface.

With a narrow 5-degree field of view, the sensor returns an averaged temperature value of all objects within its sensing area, ensuring reliable readings even in dynamic environments. The GY-906 MLX90614ESF-DCI module works seamlessly with microcontrollers, making the mlx90614 temperature sensor ideal for embedded development, industrial control, and smart sensing applications.

This module comes mounted on a compact breakout board that includes all essential operating components and dual-type pin headers, simplifying integration with mlx90614 arduino development boards as well as single-board computers such as mlx90614 raspberry pi.
