MQ-131 Ozone (O₃) Gas Detector Sensor Module

The MQ-131 Ozone Gas Sensor Module uses an SnO₂-based sensing material that exhibits low conductivity in clean air. When ozone (O₃) gas is present, the sensor’s conductivity increases as the gas concentration rises. Using a simple external electronic circuit, this conductivity change is converted into a corresponding output signal proportional to the ozone concentration.

The MQ-131 sensor offers high sensitivity to ozone (O₃) and is also responsive to gases such as Cl₂ and NO₂. With reliable stability, fast response, and dual signal output, it is suitable for environmental monitoring and microcontroller-based sensing projects.
