The TP4054 is a complete, single-cell Li-ion battery charger IC designed for space-constrained and low-power applications. Housed in a compact SOT23-5 package, it operates with minimal external components and provides a constant-current/constant-voltage (CC/CV) charging profile optimized for lithium-ion battery safety and performance.
