XB3306A Voltage Regulator IC – 3.3V Low Dropout Regulator (SOT-23-3)

The XB3306A is a fixed-output low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator designed to provide a stable 3.3V output with up to 600mA current capability. Housed in a compact SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, it is ideal for high-efficiency, space-constrained electronic designs such as sensors, RF modules, and embedded systems.

The regulator features low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and integrated thermal and short-circuit protection to ensure safe and stable operation even under variable load conditions.

Note: Use a 1µF ceramic capacitor on both input and output for optimal stability.
