The XB8358D is a high-precision, low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator that provides a fixed 5V output with up to 500mA of current. Designed for space-constrained and battery-powered applications, it is housed in a compact SOT-23-5 surface-mount package.The regulator offers excellent line/load regulation, low dropout voltage, and low quiescent current. Integrated thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection ensure robust operation under fault conditions.
