XL1509-12V0 SMD SOP-8 Buck Converter IC

The XL1509-12V0 is a high-performance step-down (buck) DC-DC converter IC designed to deliver a fixed 12V output. Packaged in a compact SOP-8 SMD form factor, it integrates a high-efficiency switching regulator capable of driving a 2A load with excellent line and load regulation. This converter is ideal for applications requiring voltage regulation from higher DC inputs down to a stable 12V, such as power supplies, industrial controls, LED drivers, and automotive systems. Features include thermal shutdown, current limit protection, and high efficiency up to 90%.
