Human Response Time Measurement
The human response time measurement kit is accurate in milliseconds. Similarly for audio, a buzzer is turned on for a random time period and then it is turned off. As soon as the buzzer is turned off, the person is expected to press a switch and hence the response time is calculated. The above procedures are repeated several times to calculate the average response time of a person.
In the kit human response time measurement at the core of the device, AVR microcontroller is there. A user switch is there connected with the microcontroller for the person. For tone generation, there is a piezo buzzer to produce sound. A dot-matrix LCD is connected to display the instances. The internal timer of the microcontroller is used to calculate the accurate timings.

Description
This kit human response time measurement is designed to measure the response time of a person in two terms. One is the visual response time and the other one is the audio response time. The visual response time is calculated with the help of a light. The light is kept glowing and after a random time period, it is turned off. As soon as the light is turned off, the person is expected to press a switch. Time taken by the user to press the switch after the light is turned off is taken as the visual response time. The human response time measurement kit is accurate in milliseconds. Similarly for audio, a buzzer is turned on for a random time period and then it is turned off. As soon as the buzzer is turned off, the person is expected to press a switch and hence the response time is calculated.
