Touch Screen based Industrial Automation B.Tech Major Project

Description

Industrial automation designates an emerging practice of increased automation of household appliances and features in residential dwellings, particularly through electronic means that allow for things impracticable, overly expensive, or simply not possible in recent past decades. 

Industrial automation can be used to control Industrial and other electronic appliances. The icons are touched on the touch screen through the interface circuit which is given to the controller and then the controller controls the relays, which, in turn, switch the appliances ‘on’ or ‘off’.

The main objective of this Industrial Automation project is to design a system with the help of which we can control the Industrial appliances using the touch screen as the master control. There are buttons designed on the touch interface. You have to just press those buttons. These buttons are designed to transmit the signal to the controller. The controller checks the signal and correspondingly generates a signal to drive the relay to switch on a device on and off.
