Description

In the kit industrial protection system today we live in the industrial age where the number of industries is growing every day. But as the number of such industries grows the rate of accidents that occur in such workplaces has also escalated. Here we have come up with a device that would perhaps help us in reducing the accidents caused by such toxic or chemical industries if not reduce it. An example of such inventions is the GSM-based industrial protection system.

The industrial protection system circuit works on SMS sent by the user with the help of a GSM modem. The device works by comparing the readings of the smoke sensor, temperature, and light sensor with a threshold limit initially set by the programmer. As soon as the reading of the sensors reaches the threshold limit SMS would be generated to inform the concerned authorities regarding the failure or the signal of the industrial safety under threat. The user can shut off the system also by sending an SMS.

In the kit industrial protection system, there is a DHT sensor that can sense the temperature and humidity and works on one-wire communication. The analog sensor MQ6 can detect any inflammable gas or smoke present around it. GSM modem is there to transmit and receive the SMS. To power, up the device, either AC or DC power of 12V 1A can be used.
