Overload alarm warning system

Description

The overload alarm warning system is easy to use. This application finds a need in the lift where we can count a number of people entering or exiting the lift and display the count and after a threshold value alarm, we activate to show overload. Besides this, the signal from IR entry increases the counter by 1 which is displayed on the LCD (signifies person’s entry). Similarly, the signal from the IR exit will decrease the counter that will be displayed on the LCD. If the counter increases a value the alarm will activate. The person count is displayed on LCD and if the number increases a threshold the alarm will activate.

This Overload alarm warning system kit proposes the automatic detection of a person. The proposed auto-detection of the object is done using the IR sensor to indicate the entry and exit of a person. The microcontroller continuously monitors the infrared receiver. When any object passes through the IR receiver then the IR rays falling on the receiver are obstructed, this obstruction is sensed by the microcontroller.
