Description

The main objective of the kit is to develop a circuit breaker that can be controlled by a keypad. A unique password must be entered through the keypad to activate/deactivate the circuit breaker. Each key of the password is identified with digital code programming and that code is fed to a microcontroller which is programmed to recognize the code for operating the circuit breaker duly interfaced through driver IC for the load.

The Password based circuit breaker control system can be used to close/break the circuit according to maintenance requirements in industrial heavy voltage circuits. The system is taking advantage of a keypad. Checking the keypad presses the system enables users to close/break the circuit in an easy way instead of using traditional heavy switches or plungers.

The main objective of the kit is to develop a circuit breaker that can be controlled by a keypad.
The system consists of a microcontroller and an electric-mechanical device implemented.
Control is granted when the special code is inserted via keypad and the controller receives the signal.
