Description

In this kit PC based data logging, we are trying to monitor some environmental conditions like temperature and humidity and storing them in the computer for further processing. If the temperature or humidity exceeds a limit then an alarm gets generated. Also, the data gets stored with time and date on the computer.

This PC-based data logging is also concerned with the design of an automatic data logger unit. The data logger is basically a device to monitor any sort of parameter and log it into the PC for the availability of the database. The main objective of the kit is that data coming from humidity sensors and temperature sensors are transmitted to the microcontroller rapidly.

The PC-based data logging kit is the microcontroller that processed the data and sends it to the computer after each certain time interval. The computer keeps on storing the data with proper time and date along with the data. If either temperature or humidity exceeds some certain value then an alarm gets generated. The generation of alarm is in computer and it can be reprogrammed according to our needs.
