In this PC Controlled Stepper Motor kit, there is a button (Graphical user interface designed in PC) to give the command to the controller for operation of the motor such as motion in forwarding direction or backward direction and controlling the speed by varying the delay between the signals. The delay can be entered using the buttons. Once the operation of entering has been done then there is a final switch for execution.
As soon as this PC Controlled Stepper Motor button is pressed the execution starts as the entry has been done. The buttons have been designed in the form of GUI and unique data will be sent from the PC as an acknowledgment to take a decision to execute the stepper motor and display the parameters on LCD. The mode of communication between PC and hardware is UART communication.

Description
In our kit, we have explained how to control and run a stepper motor. The circuit incorporates a small high-quality stepper motor combined with a series of driver IC to enable the AT89S8253 microcontroller of the stepper motor. The control inputs will be given via PC.UART communication is used to communicate between hardware and software. In this PC Controlled Stepper Motor kit, there is a button (Graphical user interface designed in PC) to give the command to the controller for operation of the motor such as motion in forwarding direction or backward direction and controlling the speed by varying the delay between the signals.
