Edge and crack detector robot
Major components used in this project are IR sensors, microcontroller, motor driver, DC motor. In order to operate this robot, you have to press the buttons that are provided on the robot. As soon as it will be pressed the robot will start moving in the forward direction. The idea behind edge detection is that, if any edge comes in the path of the robot, the transmitted signal from the robot will not be further be received and it will recognize that there is an edge. The corresponding measures are taken and the robot will take turns in a predefined direction. Hence the robot will keep on moving to avoid any edge.
