Today machines are in use everywhere without them nothing can be done properly. Now if talk about machines they are a combination of aluminum, metallic thread rod, etc. A metallic thread rod is something that helps in holding the machine as it is desired. And to place these screws metallic thread rods were done with the help of one machine that is known as a Drilling machine. A drilling machine is the one with the help of which holes can be introduced at the desired location and of the desired size. It is actually the combination of normal DC motors with a high torque stepper motor, drill bit, and drill chuck.Through this project, we are going to present its prototype which will help us to understand its mechanical structure, it's working, the facts which must be kept in mind while designing.
