Electronic lock based security system using SMS alert and automatic door lock facility

Description

The aim of the kit electronic lock-based security system is to understand the security system for gates. In this kit, a password-controlled gate is there which can be opened by entering the correct password. If the entered password entered is incorrect more than 3 times, an automatic SMS will be sent to the registered user.

The interesting feature of the electronic lock-based security system is that there will be a hidden door in which gets closed after SMS is sent by the system. To avoid the breaking of the door, a hidden wire will be there, if the wire gets break then also the hidden gate will get closed and the SMS will be sent.

The electronic lock-based security system kit is a keypad through which the user can enter the password. The gate is controlled with the help of a DC motor. The motor interfacing with the microcontroller is done with the help of a motor driver. GSM modem connected with the microcontroller is working on UART protocol. A dot-matrix LCD is there for user assistance. The system requires a DC power supply of 12V 1A. It can be powered up by AC power also of the same rating as the rectifiers and filters are there. The system can be further upgraded to real implementations.
