IR obstacle detection to actuate load
The IR obstacle detection to actuate load system can be used in conveyor belts, lifts, and many industrial types of machinery. This ray is received by a tuned IR receiver continuously. Whenever there is an obstacle to the IR ray the receiver sends a signal to the microcontroller which actuates a load, from its output by giving the proper signal as per programming to the load control unit.
The IR continuously monitors the object. If the IR sensor sends a signal (which signifies object) then a signal is sent to the controller which drives to energize the motor driver to drive the motor. LCD shows the status of the load. The kit comprises IR based sensing unit, controller interface for processing, and load driving unit.

This IR obstacle detection to actuate load kit proposes automatic detection of objects to activate load. The proposed auto-detection of objects is done using the IR sensor to indicate the object's presence. The microcontroller continuously monitors the infrared receiver.
