Description
In the kit RFID-based electronic passports, RFID Card Readers are used for several purposes, as ATM cards, Credit Cards, Shopping Cards, Gift Cards, etc. Here we have used the RFID card to store the user information of his pan card. It can be used at several places like in schools, in colleges, in hospitals, etc. At the time of registration, the data of all users will be stored in the database on the computer. As the user swipes the card, all his information will be displayed on the computer. In this way, the fake PAN card can be checked easily, and also the management becomes very easy.
RFID Based Electronic Passport will be an RFID card reader connected with the microcontroller on the UART port. As the user swipes the card, his card number will be sent to the microcontroller; the controller reads the data and sends it to the computer. The communication between computer and microcontroller is serial.
There RFID-based electronic passports kit is an application running on the pc which will read the data. After reading the complete data, the microcontroller will search the information in the database, if there is matching, the information will be shown on the terminal, otherwise, nothing will be displayed. The receiver system is powered with a DC supply of 12V, 1A.
