In the kit smartcard-based door lock system Radio-frequency identification (RFID) based access-control system allows only authorized persons to enter a particular area of an establishment. The authorized persons are provided with unique tags, using which they can access that area. This smartcard-based door lock system kit is an effort to design a prototype security system based on RF-ID to directly know the person and check out the authentication to open a gate.
This smartcard-based door lock system kit is the main objective of this kit is there can be two valid RF ID cards for the prototype which can be used to open the gate. As soon as the card is swapped, the RF-ID reader will read the tag of the RF-ID and send it to the controller. Its authentication will be done by the microcontroller. If the tag matches the database, then the gate will be opened automatically.
